ProEst Wins Recognition as One of America’s Fasted-Growing Companies

September 10, 2020

ProEst has been included on the prestigious INC 5000 list for 2020, a compilation of the most successful privately-held organizations in the United States. Over the past four decades, the award has acknowledged the entrepreneurial achievements of Microsoft, Intuit, Yelp, Zillow, GoPro, LinkedIn and other high-growth companies.

The 2020 Inc. 5000 list as a whole posted a three-year average growth of more than 500% and a median rate of 165%. Aggregate revenue was $209 billion in 2019, accounting for 1,000,000 jobs over the past three years. The Inc. 5000 list is presented as an online interactive database, where companies can be filtered by industry, location, and other criteria.

Acknowledging the Foundations of Growth
"The companies on this year's Inc. 5000 come from nearly every realm of business," says Inc. Editor-in-Chief Scott Omelianuk. "From health and software to media and hospitality, the 2020 list proves that no matter the sector, incredible growth is based on the foundations of tenacity and opportunism.”

To qualify for the 2020 Inc. 5000 list, companies were required to meet the following criteria:
  • A US-based, privately-held, for-profit, and independent business
  • Has been generating revenue since March 31, 2016
  • Generated no less than $100,000 in revenue in 2016, and no less than $2,000,000 in 2019

Making an Impact on the Construction Industry
“As a technology company, we are passionate about giving our clients the most advanced tools available in the construction industry,” said Jeff Gerardi, ProEst founder and CEO. “Our inclusion in the INC 5000 list this year is an important reminder that we can and do have a positive impact on the business community, as our rapid growth over the past few years attests. We are honored to be a part of this prestigious recognition.”

Recognizing the Achievements of a Cloud Pioneer
ProEst was an industry pioneer, moving their construction estimating platform fully to the cloud in 2015. The result was a level of access and connectivity previously unavailable to contractors, leading to the company’s exponential growth and global expansion. ProEst and other 2020 INC 5000 companies will receive a permanent and dedicated business profile on, as well as editorial coverage in Inc. Magazine.
